Education classes for high school students meet Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. during the school year. We have classes for all ages. Our 7th and 8th graders use Faith Alive’s Dwell curriculum, while classes for freshmen and sophomores focus on the Heidelberg Catechism. Classes for juniors and seniors take a deeper look at theological doctrines as well as religious traditions in North America and abroad. If you have questions or would like more information about Sunday School, please contact Laura Keeley (laura.keeley@14thstreetcrc.org).
We have two different youth groups. Cross Trainers (7th and 8th graders) meets once a month, while Young People’s (9th – 12th Graders) meets twice a month. Both take place on Sunday evenings following the vespers worship service and include a meal. Throughout the year, both groups do lots of activities, such as cottage outings, movie nights, retreats, and service projects.
